晚香玉叶斑病病原物鉴定

摘    要:在天津西青区中北镇曹庄乡晚香玉种植基地发现,当地种植的晚香玉无论是单瓣品种,还是重瓣品种,均出现了不同程度的叶部病害,且发病普遍。将其暂命名为“晚香玉叶斑病”。病害严重影响了晚香玉的开花品质,从而降低了晚香玉的观赏价值和经济价值。本试验通过柯赫氏法则将引起晚香玉病害的病原物鉴定为半知菌亚门交链孢属细交链孢霉(Alternar-ia tenuis Nees)。

Abstract:The leaves of the two varieties of tuberose, single tuberose and poly-petal tuberose, showed disease symptom on various degrees and the diseases were prevalent at Caozhuang village, Zhongbei Town, Xiqing District of Tianjin. The disease was temporarily named as 'tuberose leaf blight'. The disease seriously affected the quality of tuberose and reduced the ornamental and economic value. The pathogen producing tuberose leaf blight was identified as Alternaria tennis Nees in Deuteromycotina through Koch postulate.
