| 摘 要： | 分析了保障农民权益对社会稳定、经济发展及巩固社会主义政权的重要意义,指出了社会主义新农村建设中,农民在自由、平等、教育和就业中的权益没有得到切实的保障。提出了建立健全法律制度,从政治、经济和文化上维护和保障农民各项权益。

| Abstract: | The significance of the insurance of farmers' interest on social stability,economy development and the consolidation of socialism was expounded.It was pointed out the in the construction of socialism new countryside,farmer failed to have insurance in the freedom,equality,education and employment.The construction of sound law and regulation was proposed to safeguard and protect farmers' rights from political,economical and cultural aspects. |
