| 摘 要： | 通过走访调查＂新农合＂制度在广西的实施情况,并在充分听取政府相关管理部门、医疗机构和农民对＂新农合＂制度评价的基础上,找出了＂新农合＂制度在实施过程中农民存在抵制情绪的原因,并提出了一些改进建议。

| Abstract: | By visiting survey of the implementation of the new rural cooperative system in Guangxi,and to fully listen to the suggestions of relevant government authorities,medical institutions and farmers' evaluation of the new rural cooperative system,reasons for the emotional resistance in the farmers during the implementation of new rural cooperative system were found out and several suggestions were put forward. |
