金叶女贞中熊果酸的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]筛选金叶女贞中熊果酸的最佳提取工艺。方法]采用纤维素酶解法提取金叶女贞中熊果酸,以5%香草醛及高氯酸作为显色剂,通过正交试验确定显色的最佳条件,在波长550 nm处用分光光度法测定熊果酸的含量。结果]最佳显色条件为:0.3 ml浓度5%香草醛、1.0 ml高氯酸、温度60℃,此条件下女贞花中熊果酸提取率达2.037%。结论]正交试验表明,在最佳提取工艺条件下,熊果酸的提取率比较理想;提取试验表明,在金叶女贞不同器官中,果实中熊果酸含量最高。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of this research was to select the optimum extraction technology of ursolic acid in Ligustrum Vicaryi.Method] Taking 5% vanillin acetum and perchloric acid as the color reagents,ursolic acid was extracted from L.vicaryi by cellulose method.The optimum color condition was determined by orthogonal test;and the content of ursolic acid was determined at 550 nm.Conclusion] The optimum color condition was 0.3 ml 5% vanillin,1.0 ml perchloric acid under 60 ℃.Under this condition,the extraction rate of ursolic acid in the L.vicaryi flower was 2.037%.Conclusion] Results of orthogonal test showed that that the content of ursolic acid was the highest in the fruits of L.vicaryi.
