| 摘 要： | 目的]测定不同产地透骨香叶挥发油中水杨酸甲酯的含量。方法]采用气相色谱法对不同产地的透骨香叶挥发油中水杨酸甲酯进行测定。结果]不同产地的透骨香挥发油中水杨酸甲酯不同,产于贵阳市乌当区水田镇的透骨香质量最佳,而产于贵阳市花溪区高坡乡的质量较差。结论]该方法检测时间短、技术成熟、准确高、重现性好,为拟定透骨香药材的含量测定方法及质量标准提供依据。
