| 摘 要： | 目的]研究海水胁迫对青葙种子发芽的影响。方法]以青葙种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数为指标,采用配置成的5个浓度的海水对青葙种子的萌发进行胁迫,观察青葙种子的萌发情况,研究青葙种子的耐盐性。结果]随海水浓度的提高,青葙种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等均表现下降趋势;但海水浓度达到25%时,萌发率仍有近41%;而10%以内浓度的海水对青葙种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的影响不大。结论]青葙种子在萌发时,可以耐受一定程度的盐碱胁迫。
