香菇超高压保鲜中腐败菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的]分离、鉴定香菇超高压保鲜食品中的腐败菌。方法]以稀释平板法和划线培养的手段,对香菇超高压保鲜食品中的腐败菌进行分离和纯培养,并对分离菌株进行形态鉴定、革兰氏染色、生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA测序、系统发育树分析。结果]从样品中分离得到一株产芽孢菌,编号为MW1001;结合形态、生理生化和16SrDNA序列比对,该菌株与解淀粉芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌亲缘关系最近,同源性分别为99.55%和99.24%。结论]该研究为进一步改善香菇超高压保鲜方法提供理论基础。
