微波辅助提取鸡油菌多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]筛选鸡油菌多糖的微波提取工艺。方法]试验以鸡油菌为原料,以水为提取剂,利用微波辅助提取鸡油菌中多糖。在单因素试验基础上采用正交试验研究提取时间、微波功率、料液比对鸡油菌中多糖提取效果的影响,以提取的多糖得率为指标,确定微波辅助提取鸡油菌中多糖的最优方案,并与热水浸提法比较。结果]影响鸡油菌中多糖提取效果的因素效应的主次顺序为微波功率〉料液比〉提取时间;最佳试验方案为微波功率400 W,提取时间9 min,料液比1∶25(g/ml),此条件下鸡油菌多糖质量分数为13.55%。结论]与热水浸提法相比,微波辅助提取法提取效果好、多糖得率高,可用于鸡油菌多糖的提取。
