| 摘 要： | 基于对河北省涞源县的实地调研,解析了贫困地区的基本特征,在交易成本理论视野下,分析新农村建设中的贫困成因。研究结果表明,由于制度原因和经济条件的限制导致农户参与市场交易时成本过高,从而导致社会分工不能有效实现,农民享受不到经济发展带来的成果。并在此基础上探索解决对策。
