基于PLC的自动配料系统设计

摘    要:针对配料系统提出的快速性和准确性等要求,以PLC为主控制器,通过485总线实现PLC与力控组态软件的通信,设计了基于S7-200系列的PLC自动饲料配料系统。该系统具有配方设置、配料控制、物料混合、报表打印、远程报警等功能,实现了对配料系统的实时远程监视和控制。实践表明,该系统具有配料精度高、配料周期短等优点,在实际生产中取得了良好的控制效果。
