管涔山寒温性针叶林下灌草层植物种间关系研究

摘    要:以管涔山寒温性针叶林为研究对象,采用χ2检验、Pearson相关分析和Spearman秩相关分析法,研究了林下灌、草层优势植物的种间联结性。结果表明,在32个植物物种的496个种对间的关联中,负关联的种对数比正关联的种对数多,说明林下植物的演替更新具有一定的动态性。种对间的正关联或正相关是由于它们具有相似的生物学特性、对生境具有相似的生态适应和相互分离的生态位;而种对间负关联或负相关是由于它们具有不同的生物学特性、对生境具有不同的生态适应和相互重叠的生态位。Spearman秩相关检验结果的显著率比Pearson相关系数高7.26%,表明前者比后者的灵敏度更高,二者配合用于生态位分析可提高精度。

Abstract:In this study,the cold temperate coniferous forests on Guancen Mountain were regarded as the main study object.The interspecific relations of shrub and herb dominant plants under forests were investigated by using χ2 test,Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.The results showed that the number of pairs of species having negative correlation was larger than that of positive correlation among the 496 pairs of species in 32 species of plants,which indicated that the succession and update of the undergrowth plants has certain dynamic.The positive association or correlation among species-pairs was mainly resulted from their similar biological characteristics,similar biological adaptability and their separated niche.In contrast,the negative association or correlation between species-pairs was mainly caused by their different biological characteristics,different biological adaptability and overlap niche.The significant rate of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was 7.26% higher than that of Pearson's correlation coefficient,which indicated that the former was more sensitive than the latter and it can improve precision when they were both used in niche analysis.
