巨紫荆优良新品系实生与嫁接快速繁殖技术

目的]探讨巨紫荆优良新品系快速繁殖方法。方法]采用实生繁殖和嫁接技术对巨紫荆优良新品系进行快繁。结果]沙藏45d的种子发芽最快,出苗率最高,达83.5%,清水浸泡3 d处理的种子发芽最迟,出苗率最低,仅35.4%;春季采用劈接和插皮接,成活率在95%以上;夏季生长期采用＂T＂字形芽接、大方块芽接和带木质芽接,成活率均在98%以上。结论]嫁接繁殖成活率高于实生繁殖,可作为主要的繁殖方法。
