番茄斑萎病毒属病毒的多样性*

 番茄斑萎病毒属（Tospovirus）病毒属于布尼亚病毒科（Bunyaviridae），是一类世界性分布的具有重要经济价值的植物病毒。到目前为止，该属已报道了至少28个Tospovirus病毒种或分离物，但少数分离物之间关系不清楚，甚至同种病毒的不同分离物被命名为两种不同的病毒。本文从种类、血清学、寄主范围、地理分布、传播介体以及核壳体蛋白基因（N）核甘酸序列及其推导的氨基酸序列的相似性等方面分析了所有分离物之间的关系，并通过N基因推导的氨基酸序列分析了Tospovirus病毒的遗传多样性，最后推测Tospovirus病毒起源于南亚及东南亚地区。

Tospoviruses Diversity

Tospovirus belongs to the family Bunyaviridae, is an economic important plant virus genus. Up to now, at least 28 viruses or isolates have been reported, but the relationship is not very distinctly among some of the isolates, even isolates of the same virus were names as different viruses. In this article relationships and genetic diversity between the reported tospoviruses were demonstrated based on virus specieses, sero-relationships, host ranges, distributions, transmission vectors, and nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of the N gene. Finally, we proposed that Tospoviruses must be derived from Southeast and South Asia.
