不同播种深度对不同玉米品种种子活力的影响

以20份玉米杂交种为材料,在播深5、10cm和15cm条件下,进行干物质积累量、形态指标和根冠比等指标的相关分析及播种前的活力指标的分析,在播深为15cm条件下,进行玉米杂交种各性状的相关分析。结果表明,玉米杂交种种子活力指标在90%以上的为耐深播品种,在85%以上的为中等耐深播品种;可见室内活力指标可作为耐深播玉米杂交种的参考依据。中胚轴长和中胚轴干重与田间出苗率相关系数最大,说明中胚轴长和中胚轴干重对玉米杂交种出苗起主要促进作用。在播深15cm条件下,筛选出辽单527等5个耐深播玉米品种。

Effects of Different Sowing Depth on Seed Vigor of Maize Varicties

Using 20 maize hybrids as materials,it was carried out correlation analysis of dry matter accumulation ,morphological index and root-shoot ratio under the conditions of 5,10 and 15 cm sowing .And it was analyzed the vitality indicators before sowing and the various shapes of maize hybrids under 15 cm conditions.The results showed that the seed vigor index of deep-tolerant maize varieties was greater than 90%,and more than 85% of them were medium-deep-tolerant varieties.It can be seen that the indoor vitality index can be used as the basis for selection of deep-tolerant maize hybrids.The correlation coefficient was the largest between length and dry weight of mesocotyl and field emergence rate.It indicated that length and dry weight of mesocotyl play an important role in the germination of maize seeds.Under the condition of 15 cm sowing depth,five varieties of deep-tolerant maize varieties such as Liaodan 527 were screened out.
