基于生理生化指标的玉米杂交种苗期抗旱性评价

摘    要:以河北省推广种植的20个玉米杂交种为试材,苗期采用沙培培养方法,以15%PEG-6000溶液对幼苗进行模拟水分胁迫,研究干旱胁迫下苗期SOD、POD、APX等7个生理生化指标的变化趋势及其与品种抗旱性的关系,采用标准差系数赋予权重法对品种抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:先玉688为高抗旱品种,可用于抗旱性育种和栽培。金秋963、蠡玉37为中等抗旱品种,其它品种为不抗旱品种。

Abstract:The experience used 20 maize hybrids widely planted in Hebei province as test materials,using sand culture method in seedling stage,with 15%PEG-6000 solution simulated water stress to the seedlings,to study the change trend of 7 physiological and biochemical indexes such as SOD,POD,APX and their relationship with drought resistance in seedling stage under drought stress,the drought resistance of cultivars was evaluated comprehensively by standard deviation coefficient weighting method.The results showed that Xianyu 688 was a high drought resistant variety,which could be used in drought resistant breeding and cultivation.Jinqiu 963 and Liyu 37 were medium drought-resistant varieties,while the others were non-drought-resistant varieties.
