摘    要:利用不同种类不同浓度抗生素添加至不同方式处理下的MS培养基中进行对比,观察培养基及瓶苗抑菌情况,试验表明不经高温高压灭菌,直接添加抗生素的培养基,抑菌效果最好。抗生素是一种长效、广谱、高活性新型组织培养专用防污染杀菌剂,通过试验进而得到最适合马铃薯组织培养扩繁脱毒苗的培养基。

Abstract:In this study, different kinds of antibiotics with different concentrations were added to MS medium treated in different ways to compare and observe the anti-bacterial situation. The test showed that the anti-bacterial effect reached its peak when the medium was added directly with antibiotics instead of being sterilized with hthp. Antibiotics is a long-acting, broad-spectrum and highly active new tissue culture dedicated to pollution prevention fungicides. The medium which is most suitable for the propagation of virus-free seedlings of potato tissue culture can be obtained through this test.
