赤拟谷盗磷化氢抗性与体内能源物质含量的关系研究

摘    要:多糖、甘油三酯和可溶性蛋白是昆虫体内主要的三种能源物质.本研究通过乙酰丙酮法、蒽酮比色法和考马斯亮蓝G-250法测定了赤拟谷盗 Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)磷化氢(PH3)抗性品系与敏感品系成虫、蛹和幼虫体内三种能源物质的含量.结果表明,除幼虫体内的甘油三酯和多糖外,其它的测定结果均为敏感品系最高,说明抗性品系赤拟谷盗的能源物质储量可能产生了一定程度的缺失.

Abstract:Saccharide,fat and protein are the main energy sources in insects.This study revealed the contents of three energy sources in different developmental stages in PH3 resistant and susceptible strains of Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)by the methods of acetylacetone,anthrone-colorimetry and Coomassiebrilliant blue G-250,respectively.The results revealed that the susceptible strain showed higher than the PH3 resistant strain in the all determinations except for the assay of the contents in triacylglycerol and polysaccharide in Larva.This indicated that the reserves of the three energy sources maybe produced some extent of loss in the PH3 resistant strain of Tribolium castaneum(Herbst).
