水稻根结属一新种——林氏根结线虫Meloidogyne lini n.sp.

 寄生在水稻上的根结属新种林氏根结线虫Meloidogyne lini(根结科Meloidogynidae)来自广西省浦北县小江镇的水稻根上。林氏根结线虫雌虫颈不在身体的纵轴线上,而是向一边倾斜;身体有明显的后部隆起;口针向背面弯曲;会阴花纹圆形或椭圆形,背弓高度中等,线纹平滑并非常纤细,背腹线纹连贯,在背弓处有很多不规则的细碎线纹。雄虫头部唇盘高于中唇,中唇中间边缘有缺刻,如同裂成两瓣;口孔周围凹陷,整个唇盘如火山口状;有二耳状侧唇;侧器口大、椭圆形;侧带处具10～12条侧线。二龄幼虫较长(435.0～517.1μm);头部唇盘和中唇融合成蝴蝶结状,中唇边缘中部有缺刻,看起来如同两瓣;侧带处有5～6条侧线;尾部渐细,有一细小尖突。

A New Species of Root—knot Nematode——Meloidogyne lini n.sp.Parasitizing Rice

Meloidogyne lini n.sp.is described and illustrated from the roots of rice in Xiaojiang town, Pubei county, Guangxi province.The female has a posterior protuberance and a neck situated somewhat no one side of the body.The perineal patterns are usually rounded or oval shaped, the dorsal arch is moderately high, the striae are smooth and very fine and many broken striae are above the anus.Males have large volcano—openings like labial disc that are fused with the medial lips, distinctls raised above the medial lips, and depressed for some distance around the prestomatal opening.There is an indentation in the middle of the edge for each medial lip.Two ears like lateral lips are present.The amphids are very large and oval shaped.10—12 lateral lines are present in the lateral field.The total length of the second stage juvenile are 435.0～517.1μm.The juveniles have a bow—tie shaped labial didc and medial lips in face view, and an indentation in the middle of the edge for each for each medial lip.There are 5—6 lateral lines in lateral field.The tail end is acute.
