摘    要:
为应用PCR快速检测食品中的单核细胞增多性李斯特菌,设计合成了针对单核细胞增多性李斯特菌溶血素编码基因的特异性引物进行PCR扩增.结果表明,在单核细胞增多性李斯特菌中能扩增出348bp的预期片段,大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌和李斯特属的绵羊李斯特菌、英诺克李斯特菌、威尔斯李斯特菌、西尔李斯特菌和格氏李斯特菌的扩增结果均为阴性.用该方法检测了81份食品样品,检测结果与分离鉴定方法一致,表明本方法可用于食品中单核细胞增多性李斯特菌的快速检测.检测样品中,单核细胞增多性李斯特菌污染率为8.6%,以禽肉类制品中的污染率最高.

Abstract:
To detect Listeria monocytogenes in foods,a simple PCR method was developed and a pair of primer against the hly gene was designed.The results showed that only in L.monocytogenes strains the expected fragments were successfully amplified,whereas the E.coli,Salmonella,L.iuanovii,L.innocua,L.welshimeri,L.seeligeri,and L.grayi were negative.81 samples were further screened to validate the procedure by the results comply with isolation method.It also showed that the contamination rate of Listeria monocytogenes ...
