摘    要:利用液相色谱质谱联用技术(LC-MS)分析沙田柚、琯溪蜜柚种子代谢产物,共检测出6498个代谢物,脂类及类脂分子是其主要的物质,共检测出3651种脂类及类脂分子,其中沙田柚特有88种,琯溪蜜柚特有134种;主成分分析(PCA)以及聚类分析发现,沙田柚种子和琯溪蜜柚种子可以被区分开;对差异代谢物的分析发现,二者共有853个差异代谢物,其中表达量前50的差异代谢物主要是脂类及类脂分子;对黄酮类物质进行具体分析发现,检测到的1134个黄酮类化合物中有234个存在差异,对其生物合成途径分析发现,7个代谢物质存在差异。

Abstract:In this study,a total of 6498 metabolites were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(LC-MS)in the analysis of the metabolites from the seeds of Shatian pomelo and Guanxi honey pomelo.In these metabolites,the lipids and lipoids were the main substances and a total of 3651 kinds of lipids and lipoids had been detected,among which 88 kinds were endemic to Shatian pomelo while 134 kinds were endemic to Guanxi honey pomelo.Principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis found that Shatian pomelo seeds and Guanxi honey pomelo seeds could be distinguished.The analysis of differential metabolites showed that there were 853 differential metabolites in both two seeds,among which the top 50 differential metabolites were mainly lipids and lipoids.Further,the analysis of flavonoids showed there were significant differences in the expression of 234 flavonoids among the 1134 flavonoids,and the analysis of biosynthesis pathway showed that there were differences in 7 metabolites.
