摘    要:
研究了铅胁迫对薏苡种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.采用不同浓度的硝酸铅处理薏苡种子和幼苗,记录薏苡种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,并在幼苗生长期检测叶片相关生理指标.结果表明,铅胁迫抑制幼苗生长和活力指数,中高浓度(30~60 mg·L-1)硝酸铅能够明显抑制种子萌发.铅胁迫下抑制幼苗叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素合成,其...

Abstract:
In this study,the effects of lead stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Coix lacryma were investigated.Seeds and seedlings of C.lacryma were treated with different concentrations of lead nitrate,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of seeds were recorded,and the leaf-related physiological indicators were also detected during seedling growth period.The results showed that lead stress inhibited seedling growth and vigor index,and medium and high concentration(30-60 mg·L-1)of lead nitrate significantly inhibited seed germination.Meanwhile,lead stress inhibited the biosynthesis of chlorophyll and carotenoid in seedling leaves,and carotenoids were more sensitive to lead stress.With the increase of lead nitrate concentration,the content of MDA,relative conductivity and proline in seedling leaves increased significantly.Additionally,the medium and low concentrations(15 mg·L-1and 30 mg·L-1)of lead nitrate had a weak promotion effect on SOD enzyme activity,while 40 mg·L-1and 60 mg·L-1of lead nitrate had an obvious inhibition effect on SOD enzyme activity.Finally,the results showed that lead stress inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of C.lacryma seedlings resisted lead stress through a variety of physiological pathways.
