摘    要:转Bt基因抗虫玉米(简称Bt玉米)作为玉米害虫综合治理的基本措施,自1996年在美国被批准商业化种植以来,已在许多国家广泛应用于农业生产,它的抗虫性和经济效益已得到普遍肯定,与此同时,Bt玉米对生态安全的影响也倍受关注。文章综述了Bt玉米在国内外的研究和应用现状、Bt玉米在害虫综合治理中的作用以及种植Bt玉米的生态风险及对策,包括对非目标昆虫及天敌昆虫的影响、害虫产生抗药性以及治理对策,为今后Bt玉米在我国商业化种植过程中正确评价Bt玉米的生态安全性、充分发挥Bt玉米在害虫综合治理中的重要作用莫定基础。

Abstract:Since Bt (insecticidal crystal protein genes of Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner) transgenic corn has been approved for commerciai production in 1996 in U.S. A. , it has been widely planted in several countries as the basic measure in corn IPM system, and it is a common fact that the Bt corn posseses high resistance to certain important insect pests such as corn borers, reduces the use of insecticides and increases the economic benefits of growers. However, not a few people are worried about whether or not the growing of Bt corndamages ecological safty. In this paper, the present situation of research and application of Bt corn, its function in IPM system and potential ecological consequences after commercial growth, such as effects on nontarget insects, natural enemies, development of resistance of insect pests to Bt corn and the management strategies are reviewed.
