| 摘 要： | 当前我国社会主义新农村的规划与建设存在一些问题,如何根据科学发展观来推进农村小城镇化,正确处理新农村、小城镇规划编制所面对的问题,避免失误,从而完善社会主义新农村的规划建设,无疑具有一定的现实意义。
