| Abstract: | In this paper, the theory and model of the balance of the four kinds of water were used, based on the 41 years every month hydrological data from 1960 to 2000, and 1998 was regard as the present condition levelyear, the water exchange, balance, consume and the water environment influence and response are analyzed in the condition of no project and with projects . |
