荷叶黄酮类化合物提取工艺研究

摘    要:以总黄酮得率为指标,利用单因素试验确定提取溶剂,通过正交试验法优化提取工艺参数。结果表明:以乙醇为溶剂,回流提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70℃,乙醇体积分数45%,料液比1∶20,提取时间3 h,回流提取2次。在此条件下,总黄酮得率为8.8%,说明该提取工艺设计合理,稳定可行,操作简便,为荷叶黄酮的研究和开发提供了借鉴。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction procedure of total flavonoids from lotus leaf,the optimal extraction solvents and extraction process were examined by single factor test and orthogonal test,respectively.The optimal parameters were 45% ethanol,1∶20 solid-liquid ratio,2 times of extraction at 70℃ and each 3h,by which the total flavonoids yield rate was 8.8%.The extraction procedure was reliable and simple,which provided a basis for further exploitation of natural resource.
