甘兰型油菜核不育材料821A的遗传研究与利用

摘    要:对来自中油821的油菜核不育材料821A进行遗传研究,表明其不良性受两对隐性重叠基因所控制,测交组合F1全恢复可育,F2代可育与不育株出现15;1分离,回交一代出现3:1分离,连续兄妹交呈1:1分离,821A性状优良,所配组合杂种优势强。这一优良种质正用于转育新的“双低”优质核不育系。

Abstract:The genetic research of GMS line 821A, which comes from Zhongyou 821, has been done. The results show that the sterility has been controlled by two pairs of recessive genes. In test-cross, F1 plants are all fertile, and fertile plants to sterile plants is 15:1 in F2, 3:1 in BC1,1:1 in sib-mating. The agronomic characters of 821A are good, and can be used to make up superior F1 hy-brid. 821A is being used to breed 'Double Zero' new GMS lines.
