干燥法对石榴皮提取液抑菌效果的影响

摘    要:新鲜石榴皮经5种不同方式干燥后制取提取液,研究其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌抑菌效果的影响。结果表明:干燥时间短抑菌效果优于干燥时间长;低温干燥抑菌效果优于高温干燥;抑菌效果排序为微波加热干燥>烘箱50℃干燥>烘箱105℃干燥>室温干燥>晒干。

Abstract:A study was done about the bacteriostatic effect of pomegranate peel extract from 5 drying methods.Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli were selected.Finally,the results showed that the bacteriostatic effect dryed in shorter time was better;the bacteriostatic effect dryed under lower temperature was better;the order was following:microwave heating>oven-heating in 50 ℃>oven-heating in 105 ℃>room temperature>solarization.
