| Abstract: | Status on the transfer of rural labor force during the period of economic and social transformation was introduced.Constraints of the transfer of rural labor force were discussed,and the countermeasures of the transfer of rural labor force were put forward to provide the reference for the transfer of rural labor force during the period of economic and social transformation. |
