| 摘 要： | 分析了在新形势下农业科研项目经费管理中存在部分科研项目经费不能按照项目预算足额用完、项目多头申请、预算不科学、重经费申请、轻经费管理及结题后剩余经费使用不合理等问题,有针性地提出改进策略,以期为农业科研机构的经费管理工作提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Some existing problems in the fund management of agricultural research projects under the new situation were analyzed,including not able to make full use of the project budget,multiple application,unscientific budget,paying more attentions to the fund application and paying less attention to the fund management,unreasonable use of the surplus funds.Aiming to these problems,some improvement measures were proposed,so as to provide theoretical basis for the fund management of agricultural research institutions. |
