摘 要: | 目的]建立超声波提取牡丹皮多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法]采用正交试验,以多糖提取率为指标,对浸提液料比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取温度(C)和提取次数(D)进行优选研究。结果]影响牡丹皮多糖提取率的因素主次关系C〉A〉D〉B,最佳提取工艺A3B1C1D3。结论]试验优选所得工艺较稳定可行.

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to set up the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide from tree peony bark by ultrasonic wave.Method] By using orthogonal experiment,with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the index,the extraction liquid-material ratio(A),extraction time(B),extraction temperature(C) and extraction times(D) were optimized.Result] The order of the influencing factors of the extraction rate of polysaccharide from tree peony bark was as follows: C>A>D>B.The optimum extraction technology was A3B1C1D3.Conclusion] The optimized technology from the experiment was stable and feasible. |
