萝卜诱导愈伤组织较适外植体及激素的筛选

摘    要:以萝卜无菌苗的子叶和下胚轴为试验材料,比较了不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、2,4-D和IBA组合时,子叶和下胚轴的愈伤组织诱导率和质量,结果表明:子叶诱导愈伤组织的效果比下胚轴诱导愈伤组织的效果好,子叶是萝卜组织培养的较佳外植体;子叶和下胚轴为外植体诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基一致,均为MS 3 mg/L 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 3%蔗糖。

Abstract:Sterile cotyledons and hypocotyls of radish were used as experiment materials in this experiment.The callus from both cotyledons and hypocotyls cultivated in MS mediums containing 6-BA,NAA,2,4-D and IBA were compared.The results showed that more and better callus was induced from cotyledons than from hypocotyls.Both cotyledons and hypocotyls shared the same optimal medium of MS 3mg/L 6-BA 0.5mg/L NAA 3% sucrose.
