北京湿地资源现状分析与思考

据2007年北京市湿地资源调查统计,北京市湿地总面积为51434.1hm2,主要分布在密云、通州、房山等区县。湿地陆生野生动物共36目89科393种,占北京市动物种数的75.6%。野生高等植物有127科503属1017种,占北京市植物种数的48.7%。分析了北京市湿地面临的威胁和问题,提出了加强湿地保护立法和管理机构建设,建立稳定的湿地保护投入机制,以及编制北京市湿地保护与发展规划的对策。

Analysis and Thoughts on Wetland Resources in Beijing

According to the investigation of Beijing wetland resources in the year of 2007,the total wetland area in Beijing was up to 51434.1 km2,mainly located in Miyun,Tongzhou,Fangshan District,etc.There are 393 species of wetland vertebrate animals belonging to 89 families and 36 orders,accounting for 75.6% of the number of animal species in Beijing.There are 1017 species of wild advanced plants belonging to 503 genera,127 families,accounting for 48.7% of the number of plant species in Beijing.The article analyzes the threat and problems of Beijing wetlands.It proposes some suggestions.For example,we should strengthen the protection of legislation and establish the institutions of the wetland conservation.We need to establish a stable investment mechanism of wetland conservation,and draw up plans of the conservation and development planning for the whole municipality.
