| 摘 要： | 本研究对寒地油菜种子寄生菌核病菌的部分生物学特性进行了初步的研究,从油菜种子提取菌核病菌。结果表明,菌丝在吸管和番茄培养基上生长最快,菌丝生长的最适温度为20～25℃,最适pH值为5～7。 |

| Abstract: | This paper conducts initial research into the biologic features of parasitic sclerotiorum on rapeseed, and extracts sclerotiorum from rapeseed. It show that the mycelium grows fastest on straws and tomato medium, with favorable temperature between 20 - 25℃, and pH value between 5 - 7. |
