摘    要:为探究不同基质对不同苜蓿种质材料扦插繁殖效果的影响,以四倍体新疆大叶紫花苜蓿、二倍体新疆大叶紫花苜蓿、四倍体草原1号杂花苜蓿、二倍体草原1号杂花苜蓿、草原1号杂花苜蓿雄性不育株MS-4为试材,设六种育苗基质进行扦插繁育试验,测定插穗成活率、分枝长并计算生长速度.结果表明,不同品种、不同倍性、不同育性材料对不同基质的适应...

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of different substrates on the cutting and propagation effects of different alfalfa germplasm materials,the tetraploid Medicago sativa cv.Xinjiang Daye、diploid Medicago sativa cv.Xinjiang Daye、tetraploid Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.1、diploid Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.1 and MS-4 were used as test materials.A total of 6 seedling raising substrates were used for cutting propagation test to calculate cutting survival rate,branch length and growth rate.The results showed that different varieties,ploidy and fertility materials had different adaptability to different substrates.The diploid material with weak branches and MS-4 were suitable for growing on a substrate with sufficient nutrients,good permeability and light texture.The optimal cutting substrate for tetraploid Medicago sativa cv.Xinjiang Daye was peat soil with vermiculite,the optimal cutting substrate for diploid Medicago sativa cv.Xinjiang Daye and MS-4 was humus soil with vermiculite.Humus soil was the best cutting substrate for tetraploid Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.1.The optimal cutting substrate for diploid Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.1 was humus soil with coconut brick or humus soil with vermiculite.
