| 摘 要： | 基础教育是国家立国之本，稳定的教育经费投入机制是基础教育发展的重要保障。中国是农业大国，农村基础教育发展的完善与否直接关系国民经济的健康发展。笔者分析目前中国农村基础教育筹资的现状，提出政府是农村基础教育的投入主体，基层政府与农民承担了农村基础教育筹资的主要责任，农村基础教育资金在地区、城乡之间分配不平衡。

| Abstract: | Elementary education is the foundation of a country. Steady financial input mechanism is an important guarantee for developing the elementary education.China is an agricultural country,it directly affects the development of national economy whether the rural elementary education is perfect.By analyzing the status quo of financing for rural elementary education,we figure out that the government is the most important source of financing for rural elementary educationf,and local government as well as peasants take the main responsibilities for the cost of rural elementary education,and the distribution of financing for elementary education has regional discrepancy between rural and urban region as well as among different rural areas. |
