摘    要:分析了茶树插穗生根过程中内源激素含量及相互比值动态变化。结果表明:3种主要激素在不同生根率品种间的变化趋势基本一致。插穗刚脱离母体时,IAA和ABA含量大幅度下降,而ZR略有下降;在愈伤组织形成及根原基孕育期IAA,ZR含量迅速增加,而ABA降低并保持较低浓度;生根后IAA,ZR下降而ABA迅速增加恢复至正常生长水平。在生根过程中起主要调节作用的是IAA和ABA。离体时不同生根率品种间插穗IAA/ABA值与其插穗生根率成正相关。可以作为插穗生根能力的主要指标。

Abstract:Soluble sugars,endogenous hormones and their ratio in the tea softwood cuttings during rooting were analyzed.All the softwood cuttings showed similar trend in the variations of the concentration of the 3 hormones studied: IAA,ABA and ZR. The content of IAA and ABA dropped sharply right after the cuttings were detached from their mother plants while that of ZR declined slightly.The level of IAA and ZR rose rapidly during primordium formation while ABA remained at a relatively low level.IAA and ZR decreased after rooting while ABA rose sharply to the normal level.Soluble sugars increased steadily prior to the formation of new roots.IAA and ABA seemed to be the primary regulators for the process of rooting, and the IAA/ABA ratio was in a positive correlation with rooting rate of the cuttings and,therefore,can be used as a primary indicator for the rooting capacity of the cutting.
