不同湘玉竹品种栽培比较试验

以猪屎尾参、竹节尾、同尾和野生玉竹4个不同的湘玉竹品种为试验材料进行栽培比较试验,研究其生长习性、产量、出干率与水溶性多糖含量。结果表明：猪屎尾参植株出苗早、整齐度高、长势强、抗热性强,其根茎分生能力强、产量高、水溶性多糖含量也显著高于其他栽培品种,是生产上值得大力推广的优良品种。野生玉竹虽然根茎小、产量低,但出干率高、水溶性多糖含量高、抗病性强,可以作为玉竹新品种选育的亲本材料。

Cultivation comparative test of different varieties of Polygonatum odoratum

Cultivation comparative test of 4 different varieties of Polygonatum odoratum in Hunan Province was conducted.The growth habit,yield,dry weight ratio and water soluble polysaccharide content of Zhushiweishen,Zhujiewei,Tongwei and wild Polygonatum odoratum varieties were investigated.The results showed that,compared with other varieties,the Zhushiweishen had the characteristics of earlier seedlings emergence,more uniform,stronger growth vigour,stronger heat-resistance,stronger rhizome proliferation,higher yield and higher water soluble polysaccharide content.It would be one of superior varieties and worth popularizing in practice.While the wild Polygonatum odoratum was small rhizome and low yield,it could be applied to new variety breeding for its high dry weight ratio,high water soluble polysaccharide content and strong disease-resistance.
