摘    要:研究了双流道泵的优化设计方法,采用单目标方法和损失极值法建立了目标函数,同时考虑了叶轮和蜗壳的主要参数对泵效率的影响,并依此提出了优化设计的设计变量,分析给出了其边界约束条件和性能约束条件。几个优化设计的双流道泵实例表明本文所述的方法是有效的。

Abstract:In this paper the optimum hydraulic design of double channel pump was studied. The objective function was gotten by the single target method and loss extremum method. Considering the effect of some main parameters of the impeller and volute, on the efficiency of the pump the design variabless were determimed. Its boundary restriction conditions and performance restriction conditions were provided. A few design examples of double channel pumps indicated that the method proposed by this paper is practicable and efficient.
