| 摘 要： | 选择河南省洛阳市的洛宁县、新安县和伊川县作为调查对象,通过农户问卷调查的方式,运用效益监测的基本方法,对该地区退耕还林工程实施几年来的经济效益和社会效益进行研究,结果显示退耕还林工作进展顺利,呈现良好效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the data investigated from Luoning county and Xinan county and Yichuan county in Luoyang city of Henan province through the form of questionnaire and using the basic methods of benefit monitoring,the economic and social benefits of the project of returning arable land to forestry were studied.The result shows that the project of returning arable land to forestry was well done in those areas. |
