摘    要:目的]探索通过生物预处理提高富含纤维素、木质素等难降解成分原料厌氧消化的产气率的最佳工艺和生物学特性。方法]利用好氧堆肥的方式对生物质进行预处理,研究预处理对厌氧消化过程中产气率、甲烷含量、pH值、水解酶活性和COD去除率等特性的影响。结果]经过3~6d的堆肥预处理,厌氧消化产期率明显提高,气体中甲烷含量达到70%,对提高COD去除率和原料中各种水解酶活性等均有明显促进作用。结论]生物质堆肥预处理的最佳时间为4~5d。堆肥预处理可通过提高厌氧消化原料的初始温度和各种水解酶的活性,明显提高生物质厌氧消化过程中沼气产气率。

Effects of Composting Pretreatment on Biological Characteristics of Anaerobic Digestion

Abstract:Objective] The optimum technology and the biological characteristics of the anaerobic digestion gas in the raw ingredients that were rich in refractory cellulose and lignin were studied based on pretreatment.Method] The effects on gas production,enzyme activity,pH and COD during anaerobic digestion process based on composting pretreatment were studied.Result] After 3-6 days composting pretreatment,gas production had improved remarkably.Methane content in biogas was increased up to 70%.COD removal efficiency and the various hydrolytic activity of raw materials were also improved significantly.Conclusion] The best composting pretreatment time of biomass was 4-5 d.In the composting pretreatment process,the biogas yield in the biomass anaerobic digestion increased significantly as the initial temperature and the activity of various hydrolase increased.
