摘    要:卧式旋耕机是我国常用的耕耘机械,通过刀辊旋转来切碎土壤、耕耘土地;但是刀辊作业过程中常常出现缠草堵泥和能耗较大的问题,严重影响了耕作效率。刀辊优化能提高防缠能力、降低能耗,是提升旋耕机的工作效率和工作质量的关键。本文分旋耕刀优化、刀座优化和刀轴优化三大类深入阐述了旋耕机刀辊优化的国内外研究现状,并对刀辊优化研究国内外现状进行总结,对旋耕机刀辊优化研究的发展方向进行展望。

Horizontal rotary tiller knife roller optimization technology status and outlook

Abstract:Horizontal rototiller is a common tillage machine in China, which is used to cut the soil and cultivate the land by rotating the cutter roller; however, the problem of tangled grass and mud blocking and energy consumption often occurs during the operation of the cutter roller, which seriously affects the tillage efficiency. Knife roller optimization can improve the anti-tangle ability and reduce energy consumption, which is the key to improve the efficiency and work quality of rotary tiller. In this paper, we have discussed the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the optimization of rototiller cutter rolls in three categories: rototiller cutter optimization, cutter seat optimization and cutter shaft optimization, and summarized the current situation of cutter roll optimization research at home and abroad, and made an outlook on the development direction of rototiller cutter roll optimization research.
