甘肃省番茄早疫病菌致病力测定及品种田间抗病性鉴定

摘    要:
从甘肃省河西番茄产区采集了36份番茄早疫病样品,共分离得到7个番茄早疫病分离物.经致病性测定,A1、A3、B和D4个分离物均可致病,且这4个分离物致病菌的分生孢子形态均为倒棍棒形,暗褐色,单生于分生孢子梗顶端,具纵隔膜0~5个,横膈膜5~12个,大小为(67~150.5)μm×(15.5~28.5)μm,喙长为(68.5~180.5)μm×(3.0~4.5)μm,根据其形态学特征鉴定为茄链格孢Alternaria solani(EllMart) Sorauer.对39个供试品种(系)的田间抗病性鉴定结果表明:抗病品种(系)7个,.感病品种(系)30个,高抗品种(系)2个,感病材料占所有鉴定品种(系)的82.1%,抗病材料仅占17.9%.

Abstract:
In this study,seven isolated-germs of tomato early blight were isolated from 36 specimens,which were collected from four production regions in Gansu Province.Pathogenicity test indicated A1,A3,B and D had pathogenic,and the conidia of pathogens more or less uniform in patterns,inverted club-shaped and dark brown,formed singly.Every conidia possessed 0~5 vertical diaphragm (s) and 5~12 diaphragms.The size and the beak length of conidia were ranged by (67~150.5)μm ×(15.5~28.5)μm and (68.5~180.5)μm×(3.0 ~ 4.5)μm respectively.Based on the pathogenic morphology of tomato early blight,the pathogen was identified as Alternaria solani (Ell&Mart) Sorauer.The disease-resistance identification was conducted on 39 tested varieties (lines).The results showed that there were 7 resistant varieties (lines) included 'improved Shi Hong 206' and '3144',30 susceptible varieties (lines) included '3379' and 2 high-susceptible varieties (lines)-'high lycopene' and 'D-1'.Overall,the proportion of the susceptible materials was 82.1 %,and the proportion of susceptible materials was 17.9 %.
