化学杂交剂BAU9403诱导小麦雄性不育及与小麦不同品种互作效应的研究

摘    要:以18个小麦品种和化学杂交剂BAU9403的不同剂量为处理,研究了BAU9403的杀雄效果及其不同基因型小麦对BAU9403反应的遗传差异。结果表明,适宜的BAU9403喷施剂量与时期,供试品种均能诱导大于95%的雄性不育率;对大多数品种而言,适宜的时期范围为雌雄蕊原基分化期,适宜的剂量范围为0.75-1.0kg/hm^2,以1.0kg/hm^2效果为好。BAU9403对不同基因型小麦品种之间存在着互作效应。

Abstract:This paper reported the effect of different rate of BAU9403 and reaction of difference wheat genotype to BAU9403. The result showed that under the suitable rate and in the proper stage BAU9403 could induce m ale sterility rate above 95%.For most of cultivars in experiment, the proper stage was the formation stage to pericardium of pistil. The suitable rate was 0.75~1.0 kg/hm2, but the rate of male sterility at dosage of 1.0 kg/hm2 was the higher than that at dosage of 0.75 kg/hm2. It was found that there were interaction between BAU9403 and different wheat genotypes. There were some side effects shown on plant development and plant growth.
