| 摘 要： | 近些年,植物基因组学研究发展迅速,已进入功能基因组研究的新阶段,一些新的技术和方法不断涌现.西瓜、甜瓜和黄瓜是葫芦科重要的经济作物,其功能基因组学研究虽然起步较晚,但也取得了初步成果.综述了近几年植物功能基因组学主要研究方法如表达序列标签（EST）、TILLING技术、DNA芯片和RNA干涉（RNAi）等在西瓜、甜瓜和黄瓜上的应用概况,并展望了未来葫芦科作物功能基因组研究的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the research of plant genomics developed rapidly mad entered a new era of functional genomics. Many new technologies and methods are created constantly. Watermelon, melon and cucumber are important crops of Cucur- bitaceae family. The functional genomics research of cucurbits started relatively late but with good achievement in the last a few years.
