摘    要:采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药黄花远志中常量元素Ca、Mg及微量元素Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的含量。结果表明,中药黄花远志中不仅含有大量的常量元素Ca、Mg,同时也含有丰富的人体必需微量元素Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn,各元素回收率在92.0%~104.0%之间。该方法操作简单、结果准确,是中药黄花远志中微量元素检测的理想方法。

Abstract:s:In this paper,Polygala arillata was digested by microwave and the constant elements (Ca,Mg) and trace elements (Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that there were abundant of constant elements and micro-elements in Polygala arillata.The recoveries of elements were between 92.0% and 100.0%.It was a simple and accurate method for detecting trace elements in Polygala arillata.
