| 摘 要： | 测定了９头中国荷斯坦奶牛分娩前后血浆中葡萄糖（Ｇｌｕ）、游离脂肪酸（ＦＦＡ）和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（ＡＳＴ）的含量，用以监测受试牛脂肪肝的发生和转归。结果表明：在产后１５～２０ｄ内，脂肪肝患牛血糖平均值极显著低于正常牛；在产后２５ｄ内，血浆中ＦＦＡ平均值显著高于正常牛；在产后１０ｄ至２０ｄ间，血浆中ＡＳＴ平均值极显著高于正常牛。受试牛产后脂肪肝的发病率为４４％（４／９），平均发病时间为产后８．８ｄ，病程平均持续１５ｄ。

| Abstract: | Blood biochemical parameters of glucose,free fatty acid(FFA)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were measured in9 China-Holstein cows to monitor the ccurrence and recovery of periparturient fattyliver of the cows.The results showed that the average concentration ofglucose in the cows with fatty liver was sihnificantly low during the 15 to 20 days postpartum,while average blood FFA and AST were higher 25 and 10-20 days postpartum,respe ctively,as compared with nrmal cow.Theincidence rate of fatty liver was 44%(4/9) and the average time ofincidence was 8.8 day postartum and it lasted for an average of 15 days. |
