| 摘 要： | 在玛纳斯河流域绿洲农区,由于过度及不合理的农业开发,酿成大面积耕地被迫弃耕,诱发了荒漠化的发生,生态问题日趋凸现。20世纪60年代初,人们即开始了弃耕地的恢复重建工作,通过开垦政策的调整,结合现代科学技术,采用机械开挖排渠,实行井灌、井排建设水源地,开发水土资源,进行渠系防渗及推广膜下滴灌节水等一整套现代技术,建成了现代水盐平衡系统,用现代水土开发技术收复弃耕地,实现了生态重建、经济发展和社会进步,走上了农业可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Excessive and irrational agricultural development brought large-area farmland obsoles- cence,leading to desertification.The problem of ecosystem becomes serious.Through the efforts of decades,we progressively summarize:through adjusting the policy of reclamation,and depending on the modern science and economic strength,adopting system of technique of irrigating with well-dig- ging,anti-leaking and trickle irrigation,and Combining suitable measures for salinization cultiva- tion,we can not only recover wasteland,realize water-soil balance and improve the ecological envi- ronment,but also realize the overall ecosystem reconstruction and find the ways to solve problems of peasantry,country and agriculture,it is of universal significance in Xinjiang. |
