| 摘 要： | 对毛白杨花粉母细胞减数分裂进行了研究，发现有染色体次级联会现象，这表明毛白杨乃致整个杨属为古多倍体起源，推断其染色体原始基数为Ｘ＝８或更少。

| Abstract: | Secondary chromosomal synapsis was discoverd in the populationof Populus tomentosa through the studies of microsporcyte meiosis, theresults indicated that P.tomentosa and whole species of Populus belonged topaleo-polyploids, and their primary number of chromosome was 8 or less. |
