摘    要:采用盆栽模拟试验,结合使用WinCell木细胞成像系统和光学显微镜技术对在2种土壤类型上培育的梭梭幼苗木射线解剖结构进行观测,探究木射线组织比量的特征。结果表明:梭梭木射线为单列或多列共存,属Kribs异形Ⅰ和异形Ⅱ,所观察到的木射线多为多列射线。沙土木射线平均高度为182.33μm,为砾石射线高度的1.7倍;沙土木射线平均宽度为39.58μm,为砾石木射线宽度的1.1倍;沙土类型的木射线细胞壁厚度为0.65μm,砾石类型的木射线细胞壁厚度为0.31μm,沙土类细胞壁厚度极显著大于砾石类(P0.01);沙土类梭梭平均木射线细胞高度为3.25μm,砾石类梭梭平均木射线细胞高度为2.97μm,二者没有显著差异;沙土类梭梭平均木射线细胞宽度为1.82μm,砾石类梭梭平均木射线细胞宽度为1.65μm,二者没有显著差异;沙土类梭梭平均木射线细胞面积为4.64μm2,砾石梭梭平均木射线细胞面积为3.84μm2,二者没有显著差异;沙土类型梭梭平均木射线比量为5.20%,砾石类型梭梭平均木射线比量为3.93%,二者没有显著差异。梭梭采用不同木射线解剖结构特征来适应不同沙漠土壤结构状况。

Anatomical Characteristics of Haloxylon amodendron Wood Rays in Two Soil Types in Gurbantunggut Desert
Abstract:Combined with WinCell wood cell imaging system and optical microscopy,anatomical structure of ray for Haloxy-lon amodendron cultivated on two soil types were observed by using potted simulation test.The characteristics of wood tissue proportion of ray were explored.Result shows that H.amodendron wood ray for single or multiple coexisting,belonging to the Kribs abnormity I and abnormity II,the rays which we observed are more multiseriate ray.Sand rays,whose average height of wood ray is 182.33 μm,is 1.7 times the height of gravel rays;the average width of wood rays in sandy soil is 39.58μm,which is 1.1 times the width of wood ray in gravel ;the thickness of cell wall for wood rays of sandy types is 0.65 μm, and that of the gravel types is 0.31 μm,so the thickness of cell wall within sandy soils is significantly thicker than that of the gravel’s (P<0.01);the average height of wood ray cells for H.amodendron sand within sandy soils type is 3.25 μm;the av-erage height of wood ray cells for H.ammodendron gravel type is 2.97 μm,so there are no significant differences.The aver-age width of wood ray cells for H.amodendron sand type is 1.82 μm.The average width of wood ray cells for H.amoden-dron for gravel type is 1.65 μm,so there are no significant differences.The average area of wood ray cells for H.amodendron within sand type is 4.64 μm2 ;the average area of wood ray cells for H.amodendron gravel type is 3.84 μm2 ,so there are no significant differences.The average proportion of sand types for H.amodendron wood ray is 5.20% and the average propor-tion of wood ray for H.ammodendron within gravel type is 3.93%;there are no significant differences.H.amodendron can adapt to different desert soil structure conditions by using different wood ray anatomical characters.
