毒死蜱微乳液拟三元相图影响因素研究

摘    要:为考察各因素对毒死蜱微乳液形成规律的影响,系统研究了助表面活性剂直链醇碳链长度、毒死蜱溶液(油相)含量、油相中毒死蜱的含量、温度及水质对表面活性剂/直链醇/毒死蜱溶液/水体系拟三元相图的影响规律。结果表明:非离子型表面活性剂TX-10可单独使用以形成微乳液或液晶,无需直链醇的作用;TX-10与阴离子型表面活性剂农乳500#复配使用可提高乳化效果,两者最佳配比为1∶ 1(质量比);油相含量增加,微乳液区面积明显减小,乳状液区面积明显增大;油相中毒死蜱含量增加,微乳液区面积略有减小,液晶区面积明显增大;实验温度升高,水硬度增加,微乳液和液晶区面积都略有减小,但影响不大。

Abstract:The effect of hydrocarbon chain of co-surfactant,chlorpyrifos solution (oil phase) content,chlorpyrifos content in oil,temperature,and water hardness were investigated by surfactant/cosurfactent/oil/water pseudo-ternary phase diagram to evaluate the factor effect in forming chlorpyrifos microemulsion.It was found that TX-10 could form microemulsion or liquid crystal phase without the assistant of co-surfactant.The emulsifying effect can be enforced by mixing TX-10 with anion surfactant 500#,with optimum ratio of 1∶ 1(m/m).Pseudo-ternary phase diagram of the mixing TX-10/500# surfactant system revealed that the area of microemulsion was decreased distinctly with the increasing of oil phase,but affected slightly by the content of raw chlorpyrifos in oil phase,experiment temperature and water hardness.
